Job Summary
Provide technical support for Cyborg ERP clients. Troubleshoot ERP modules, resolve user queries, and ensure smooth operations for institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- ➤ Handle client queries via calls, email, or remote sessions.
- ➤ Diagnose and resolve technical issues in ERP modules.
- ➤ Support in ERP implementation and training.
- ➤ Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes.
Must-Have Skills
- ➤ Knowledge of ERP systems, SQL queries, and Windows servers
- ➤ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- ➤ Prior experience in client support preferred
- ➤ Ability to travel for client visits
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT or CS
