Role: Technical Support Executive

Location: Dehradun (On-site with client visits)

Job Summary

Provide technical support for Cyborg ERP clients. Troubleshoot ERP modules, resolve user queries, and ensure smooth operations for institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries via calls, email, or remote sessions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in ERP modules.
  • Support in ERP implementation and training.
  • Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes.

Must-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, SQL queries, and Windows servers
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Prior experience in client support preferred
  • Ability to travel for client visits

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT or CS

Joining: Immediate Joiner
