Job Summary
Ensure the quality and reliability of Cyborg ERP modules by planning tests, writing test cases, executing manual test cycles, logging defects, and collaborating with developers and product teams to deliver stable, user-friendly releases.
Key Responsibilities
- ➤ Understand requirements and create test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- ➤ Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI validation testing.
- ➤ Execute test cases, capture evidence, and document results clearly.
- ➤ Identify, reproduce, and report defects with clear steps and prioritization.
- ➤ Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and support re-testing.
- ➤ Contribute to UAT cycles and release readiness checklists.
Must-Have Skills
- ➤ Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and test design techniques.
- ➤ Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
- ➤ Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing.
- ➤ Basic understanding of web apps, APIs, and data validation.
- ➤ Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication.
Educational Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / MBA (IT or related field preferred)
